and so she returns

It's been a while hasn't it. Life has been a little lot hectic lately, but I'm trying to simplify things for the coming months *touch wood*

You'll be pleased to hear, I have done a little crafting, but my WIP's haven't changed from the last WIP post I wrote.

First up is my second hitchhiker, made from Pick Knits Chroma (Lollipop). This is very nearly finished and I hope to be able to show it off on Friday.

As for reading, I finally gave in to The Hunger Games hype. Generally hype puts me off things, so it took for my husband to make me watch the film, to get me interested in the books. I'm really enjoying this first one and can't wait to read the second and third.

I've also got a second Little Sister Dress on the needles for a friend. I really love this pattern and hope to make one for my bigger girl in a more girlie colour.

  1. I adore your hitchhiker, the rainbow coloured yarn is beautiful!
Congrats on the Hunger Games, this hype isn't too bad as the books are really quite good. Hubby is still stuck on book 3 as it does drag for a bit, but book 3 was my fav of all of them.

I quite enjoyed the Hunger Games, despite the hype. There were things that bugged me about them, but I still really raced through the books!

I have read all three Hunger Games books, and I have bought the DVD to watch...I enjoyed the book series, it is quite unusual and not predictable I think
